Our HSR (on loan from Toyota) has arrived!
We are pleased to have qualified for RoboCup@Home 2017, in the Domestic Standard Platform League (DSPL)!
The team will be travelling to Nagoya, Japan, and the competition runs from July 25th – July 30th.
Our Taste of Research students finished their 3 month scholarship this week. This year we had two students. Their projects were:

The Taste of Research program is a 3 month scholarship for undergraduate students in Engineering. Students undertake a research project in an existing team and discover what conducting research is like. The program runs over the summer break. Back in December last year, Michael Thielscher gave a keynote presentation titled “Knowledge Representation for General Problem-Solving Robots” at the 10th Multi-Disciplinary International Workshop on Artificial Intelligence.
